Delivery Policy

  • You may open your package and check items before the courier leaves.

  • For orders above EGP 2,500 the amount exceeding EGP 2,500 plus delivery fees must be paid in advance.

  • When ordering two sizes of the same product, the order will only be fulfilled after full advance payment.


Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Delivery fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

We offer two exchange methods:

1. Standard Exchange

  • Step 1: Return the original item within 14 days in its original condition.

  • Step 2: Once the return is inspected and approved, you can select a replacement item.

  • Step 3: The new item will be shipped to you after confirmation.

2. Quick Exchange

If you prefer not to wait, you can secure your replacement faster:

  • Step 1: Place a new order immediately for the desired size or style

  • Step 2: Request a return for your original order. 

  • Step 3: Return the original item within 14 days (delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility)

  • Step 4: Once the returned item is received and approved (must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached), you will be refunded for it.

Result: You receive the correct size or style without waiting for the refund process, and your payment for the original item will be refunded once it is returned and approved.


Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

  • Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method (Card or InstaPay).


Defects & Quality Guarantee

At Taheya, we value fairness and transparency.

  • The “unwashed” condition requirement is meant to prevent the return of worn items.

  • However, genuine manufacturing defects or fabric faults that appear even after the first wash are still covered by our policy.

  • Examples of covered issues: faulty stitching, damaged fabric, incorrect sizing labels, or defects in finishing.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect washing are not considered defects.

Our goal is to ensure you feel happy and confident in every Taheya piece. If anything goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
